- To mention few, she was the Assistant Professor at DDU Kaushal Kendra, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Associate Professor in SCMC School of Technology and Management, Cochin and was the former Principal of Chathamkulam Business School.
- Areas of specialisation are Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. Additional area of expertise is in Operations Management.
